• Technical Responsibility: You’ll play a leading role in shaping the architecture and technical direction of our web projects, with a focus on PHP.
• Hands-on Development: You’ll program complex functions and interfaces, write clean, high-performance code, and conduct code reviews with the team.
• Mentoring & Knowledge Sharing: You’ll support your colleagues through professional exchanges, share best practices, and drive continuous integration and delivery.
• Customer Focus: You’ll analyze requirements and develop appropriate solutions in close collaboration with customers and stakeholders.
• Tooling: You’re open to technological innovations, use AI tools pragmatically, and ensure that our tech stack remains up to date.

Das bringst du dafür mit

• Several years of experience in enterprise web development with PHP; ideally, you have knowledge of TYPO3, Neos, or similar CMS platforms.
• Experience with complex web architectures and microservices.
• Very good knowledge of agile methods such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Continuous integration and continuous delivery are second nature to you.
• A degree in (Business) Computer Science or comparable professional experience.
• Ability to work well in a team and a structured approach to work.
• Confidence in communicating in both German and English in day-to-day work.
