As a Senior Product Owner, you’ll navigate with confidence between client projects, your team, and company goals.
You’ll develop digital solutions that deliver real added value—from the initial vision through the roadmap to ongoing operations.
Our projects are complex web and platform solutions based on TYPO3, Neos, or custom applications—typically long-term, technically challenging, and offering plenty of creative freedom.

Project Management & Business Value
- You plan releases, prioritize backlogs, and actively manage the project’s progress.
- You keep a close eye on the budget, benefits, and quality at all times.
- You identify cost overruns early on and communicate them openly and in a solution-oriented manner.
- You’re responsible for the product vision and roadmap for your client projects.
- You provide reliable forecast figures for the Product Owner (PO) meeting.
Team & Collaboration
- You keep an eye on your team’s motivation and workload.
- You give your team the freedom to find their own solutions and encourage personal responsibility.
- You work closely with Scrum Masters to create a positive work environment.

Customer Relations & Growth
- You are the primary point of contact for customers.
- You identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities and actively pursue them.
- You understand the client’s business and the political landscape.
- You re-engage inactive clients and further develop existing relationships.
- You contribute ideas for new services and products.
Das bringst du dafür mit
- Several years of experience (ideally 3+ years) as a product owner, project manager, or in a comparable role.
- Experience with web, software, or digital projects, ideally in an agile environment (Scrum).
- A structured, analytical approach to work and a strong understanding of numbers and budgets.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Ability to address even difficult topics clearly, respectfully, and in a solution-oriented manner.
A specific degree is not required—what matters most is your mindset, experience, and track record.
