Are you passionate about developing complex web applications and want to help a team succeed?

As a Technical Lead (w/m/d), you’ll take charge of the technical leadership of our projects, foster the personal development of your colleagues, and coordinate closely with clients. You’ll maintain an overview of architecture, tools, and processes, and jump in to help with the code yourself when needed.

Leadership & Development: You’ll provide technical guidance to a motivated team of developers, foster individual strengths, and ensure productive, respectful collaboration—either on-site in Frankfurt or remotely.
Technical Responsibility: You’ll be responsible for the architecture and technical direction of projects—with a focus on PHP and modern web technologies.
Tooling & Innovation: You’ll confidently use AI tools across our tech stack, drive technological advancements, and ensure efficient development and deployment processes.
Hands-On Development: You’ll stay actively involved in the code, taking on the role of developer, technical lead, or sparring partner as needed, and conducting code reviews.
Customer Focus & Stakeholder Management: You analyze requirements, develop tailor-made solutions together with your team, and confidently integrate the needs of customers, designers, and other stakeholders into the project lifecycle.

Das bringst du dafür mit

Extensive experience in enterprise web development with PHP, as well as in-depth knowledge of modern architectures (ideally, experience with CMS and frameworks such as TYPO3/Neos).
Several years of experience in leading or mentoring software developers.
Proficiency with agile methods such as Scrum and Kanban; you can lead teams through complex projects.
Experience with continuous integration/delivery, automated testing, and DevOps processes.
Strong communication skills, decision-making ability, and the ability to weigh different solution approaches based on the situation.
Confidence in communicating in both German and English in day-to-day work, both verbally and in writing.
A degree in (Business) Computer Science or a comparable professional qualification.
