GSB 11 is a central building block for modern, superior web presences of federal institutions and a powerful content management system (CMS). TYPO3 impresses with its high level of security, flexible rights and workflow management and the ability to efficiently implement barrier-free and multilingual websites. In addition, the open source approach guarantees strategic independence from a single provider and adaptability to specific legal requirements.
Materna was chosen as the general contractor for the Lot 3 framework agreement. Materna has put together a partner network consisting of 16 implementation partners specializing in TYPO3. These will carry out the migration services together with Materna as general contractor. In addition, the provider consortium will also develop customized classroom and online training courses for editors and administrators in order to quickly establish acceptance for the new system.
