Ensure that your website complies with the AA standard (or higher) of the WCAG guidelines and achieves a Google Pagespeed or Google Lighthouse rating of over 90. We offer you a comprehensive accessibility audit - so that you meet the requirements of the Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSG), which comes into force in 2025.

Find out how you can make your website accessible and improve your SEO score at the same time.

Why an accessibility audit is important for you

Legal requirements

As a result of the Accessibility Reinforcement Act coming into force, websites and online stores must be accessible in most cases from 2025 in many countries in order to meet legal requirements.

Meeting more than the minimum

The world is becoming increasingly digital and accessibility is an important factor. It ensures that everyone has equal access to your content. We therefore see accessibility not as a must, but as a matter of course!

  • Expanding the target group: Accessible websites are accessible to more people, including people with disabilities. This expands your target groups and gives you a competitive advantage that can pay off.
  • Improved user experience: An accessible website offers a better user experience through clear structures and easy navigation. And this applies to all users of your digital offering.
  • SEO optimization: The improved structure as well as the optimized value for the SEO factor "accessibility" will lead to better visibility of your digital offerings in search engines. Recently, not only suitable keywords are factors for a good search ranking.

Your goal, our promise

We want to work with you to achieve an AA rating according to WCAG standards. In the SEO evaluation, we aim to achieve a score of over 90 in the Google Pagespeed and Google Lighthouse ratings through the recommendations for action.

Our approach

  1. Determination of relevant pages: As a first step, we analyze the top 5 pages of your website in terms of legal requirements, visitor relevance and SEO. This already reveals the most obvious recommendations for action.
  2. Automated and manual checks: We use tools such as Google Pagespeed, Google Lighthouse and Wave as well as manual tests and checklists to dig even deeper into your digital offering.
  3. Creation of an audit report: You receive a detailed report with recommendations for technical, design and editorial measures. We are also happy to take on the technical implementation for you. You will receive a cost estimate for this in the report.

How does an accessibility audit work?

Step 1: Offer and commissioning

The important first step: you ask us for an audit - we will prepare a customized offer for you. Once we have been commissioned, we get started.

Step 2: Audit

We carry out the audit with tests and with the support of leading tools.

You will then receive from us

  • a report with recommendations for action
  • a cost estimate for the technical implementation

Step 3: Implementation (optional)

If you wish - and commission us again - we will also be happy to take care of the technical implementation. Alternatively, you can also do this yourself.
