On March 31, 2023, Jürgen Egeling, co-founder and Managing Director of punkt.de in Karlsruhe, retired from operational business after more than 27 years. However, the computer science graduate remains a shareholder and will continue to be available to the company.

As the retirement had been planned for some time, Daniel Lienert and Fabian Stein were appointed as additional Managing Directors of punkt.de in 2019. The management of punkt.de GmbH was completely transferred to the two managing directors on April 1, 2023.
