We spent 3 great days with many other agile coaches and ScrumMasters, with whom we had exciting conversations about transparency, non-violence, agility, etc., as well as participated in fabulous OpenSpace sessions on topics such as:
- Systemic Consensus: A decision-making method with highest group acceptance
- Impostor syndrome: What do I do about the voice in my head that always says: "You can't do it anyway" - here we learned about the power of autosuggestion. But also: Do something good for yourself, take care of yourself, because if you're not doing well yourself, it's difficult to help others.
- Master yourself - If I want to change, I have to start with myself
- Energizers and also Agile 101 trainings: Agile games
- Invitation based leadership: Invitation instead of instruction, permission instead of restriction - both require learning from all those involved in order to continue the permission space in their own minds.
- Peer group feedback: How do you ensure that the important things are actually addressed?
And much, much more. A veritable flood of content.
As soon as our heads were full and smoking, we took part in sessions to relax: belly dancing, salsa, yoga, different games, music... Although we had planned to take a step back from time to time to process what we had learned and calm down, because it was the weekend after all, the energy was like a wave, engulfing us, simply taking us with it and sweeping us into a maelstrom of learning, fun, inspiration, exchange and community.
