punkt.de takes 6th place in the coolest IT internship 2016

For the second time, ALPHAJUMP, in cooperation with Computerwoche, went in search of companies that offer cool IT internships. We also took part in the study's questionnaire and were delighted to come sixth. The opinion of over 15,000 students and graduates who took part in the study contributed to this.

As the sixth-placed company, we can proudly say that the wishes of current and future interns predominantly correspond to what we have to offer as an IT service provider: free choice of work equipment, small teams, appropriate remuneration, a permanent job, a mentor for the introductory phase, integration into the team and daily work and, not to forget, friendly colleagues :-). However, all these things characterize us not only as a company that offers cool IT internships, but in general as an employer for career starters, DHBW students, career changers and experienced professionals.

What else makes us attractive as an employer

However, the study did not cover everything that we believe makes us an attractive employer. We offer our employees much more:

• Flat hierarchies & communication at eye level: this means that all employees are involved in decisions that affect the entire company
• Compatibility of family and career
