Changes in Management

As of March 31, 2023, Jürgen Egeling, co-founder and managing director of punkt.de in Karlsruhe, stepped down from day-to-day operations after more than 27 years. However, the computer science graduate remains a shareholder and will continue to be available to the company.

Since this transition had been planned for some time, Daniel Lienert and Fabian Stein were appointed as additional managing directors of punkt.de back in 2019. Management of punkt.de GmbH was fully transferred to the two managing directors effective April 1, 2023. The company states that this ensures the management of punkt.de GmbH remains well-positioned to meet future challenges, the company announced.
