I've been part of the team at punkt.de for a year now and the social interaction here inspires me anew every day. I would like to share a very special day with you today: Just do it Day.

What is Just do it Day?

On this special day, we come together from all locations. Every employee has the freedom to decide on activities of their choice. It's an opportunity to pursue our interests, showcase our talents and get involved in new areas. Through these joint activities and the exchange of experiences, new connections are made and an even stronger team feeling is created.

At the end of the day, we have the opportunity to present our "projects" and share our experiences with the entire organization. I am always surprised by the potential in "my" company, which is particularly evident on a day like this. From Python programming and social media content to furniture construction - the projects are incredibly diverse. I myself dare to write my first blog article for punkt.de. If that goes well. These activities also show the incredible potential in our company.

Small things, big impact

So much for creativity, but a day like this only lasts in the memory with so much more. Isn't it always the little things that make the difference? I go in search of them. There are cookies and pastries everywhere. The drinks have been refilled, the Christmas tree is decorated and soft music is coming from somewhere in the corner. When I close my eyes, I can hear quiet but excited voices. A group is testing something and shouting things across the corridor. Here and there a quiet giggle and then again a roar of laughter. And yet, everyone can feel at ease. There are quiet rooms and frameries where you can retreat to a soundproof place if you wish.

Getting used to the punkt.de culture and its traditions, such as Secret Santa, was an interesting experience. My colleagues have become an important part of my life. They challenge me, encourage me and I can grow with them. That is something very special for me.

And in the evening?

The Just-do-it-Day ends with our joint Christmas party, which reflects our environmental awareness and team spirit. It is this mixture of creativity, community and tradition that makes my time at punkt.de so special.
