Hi,
We at punkt.de have been developing all kinds of web applications for over 25 years. From websites to complex applications, we cover it all. As a DevOps Engineer at punkt.de, you’ll be part of a development team and will work with the team to develop the infrastructure for our clients’ projects.
On the one hand, this naturally involves the operational infrastructure—from production to development environments—but it also frequently involves application requirements that need to be addressed. Whether it’s challenges related to scaling, high availability, or new systems being integrated into a DMZ, we cover it all.
Here with us, you’ll always receive support from both sides. Our admin team consists of experts who can dive right down to the IP stack and assist you with infrastructure issues. On the other hand, we have development teams who are absolute pros in their field and know exactly what a modern application needs.
As a DevOps Engineer at punkt.de, I was always able to evaluate new technologies and put them to good use in various client projects.
We’re always open to new ideas. Of course, there are existing infrastructure decisions in our current projects that are difficult to change. But we are—and always will be—flexible.
If you’re interested in trying out new technologies and then getting them ready for use within the company, we’ll give you the support you need for your project.
Of course, the pandemic has changed a lot for us, too. We’re still happy to meet our colleagues in person at either of our two locations. But each team decides for itself when and how often to meet. We provide the infrastructure for working from home and at the office as needed, so you have the greatest possible freedom to create your ideal work environment.
If this sounds like something you'd be interested in, don't waste time formatting your resume. Send it to us via apply@punkt.de to let us know you’re interested and send us whatever information you have so far: a brief resume, a link to your Xing profile, or your GitHub account—and we’ll schedule an interview as soon as possible. We look forward to hearing from you!
