These days, we focus primarily on digital transformation topics. The client comes to us with ideas and requirements, which we then develop further, optimize, and assess for feasibility together. Concrete, user-friendly solutions are then created in sprints.

A typical process is for LeasePlan (ayvens) to enter an idea or requirements into our ticket system—we then discuss the approach at the next regular meeting and get to work on implementation.
