10+ years of
collaboration

LeasePlan is a specialist in car leasing and fleet management and is aimed at corporate customers. The requirements for compliance, security and availability are correspondingly high: thanks to our own servers and our expertise in the area of infrastructure, we were able to score points here.

The fact that LeasePlan made the right choice is demonstrated by our long-standing and successful collaboration over the past 10 years. During this time, we have not only kept the system stable, but also modern and flexible through agile procedures and continuous relaunch approaches.

We now focus primarily on digitalization topics. The customer comes to us with ideas and requirements, which we then develop further together, optimize and check for feasibility. Specific user-friendly solutions are then created in sprints.

The usual procedure is for LeasePlan to write an idea or requirement in our ticket system - we then discuss the procedure at the next jour fixe and then set about implementing it.

The exchange with the team at punkt.de is always at eye level, based on partnership and personal. That suits our way of communicating.

The result is new functionalities for the digitalization of processes, such as a new tool for lead generation: LeasePlan came up with an idea and the corresponding logic, which we then incorporated into a tool that is easy to integrate. Or the option for different users to upload files - in a responsive way.

Another step towards digitalization was the driver app, which provides convenient access to the partner database.
