The punkt.de Neos workshop

The following parts of the Neos workshop have been published so far. Various Neos features are explained using the example of a simple page. The individual parts build on each other, so it makes sense to start the workshop with the first part.

• Part 1 - Installing Neos CMS in a local development environment with VirtualBox and Vagrant.
  With the installation of a development environment with VirtualBox, Vagrant and a Vagrant Box prepared for Neos, we lay the foundation for our work with Neos in this part of the workshop.
  
  
• Part 2 - Kickstarting a Neos site package for your own website project.
  In the second part of the workshop, we will start to implement our own project in Neos. The presence of a local wine store will serve as an example project.
  
  
• Part 3 - The basics of the Neos content repository and how to easily create your own content element types.
  Thanks to the powerful content repository and the tools that Neos gives us with Eel and FlowQuery, there are no limits to the design of our own content elements. This part is about the structure and configuration of your own content types.
  
  
• Part 4 - Creating forms with the Neos Form Framework.
  Contact requests, comments, reservations or orders - simple web forms are used in many places on the website. In the third part of this tutorial, I will show you how to create a simple mail form with the Neos Form plugin.
  
  
• Part 5 - Multilingual pages with Neos Content Dimensions and the Flow Localization Framework.
  If you want your website to appeal internationally, it should also be available in the languages of the target audience. This fifth part of the Neos CMS tutorial therefore deals with multilingualism, an application of the powerful concept of Node Dimensions.
